Bringing a restaurtant favorite to the masses

Renowned Israeli chef and restaurateur Michael Solomonov, founder and creator of Zahav restaurant in Philadelphia wanted to dip his toes into the branded product space by introducing ‘restaurant inspired’ recipes to the masses. 

With such high standards and level of detail this was a challenging task, not only from a product development standpoint but also in creating brand awareness outside of the Philly metro area. With a successful launch of its flagship product the brand continues to see increasing sales velocity with more exciting products to come.
